  • Does the software works in my country/with my operating system?

Our software is cloud-based which means it can be accessed anywhere in the world and that it works with every browser/user interface you may use. One Click LCA plugins are available for 64-bit Windows operating systems.

  • What kind of support do you offer with your software products?

After your purchase you will receive a link to our extensive support resources and you will always be able to contact our team of LCA engineers at support@bionova.fi for any question you might have. We also offer trainings for new customers in which we will show in detail how the product works and answer all questions regarding certification schemes, integrations, and project-specific issues.

  • Is One Click LCA standards-compliant?

Our Whole Building life cycle assessment tools for European markets are compliant with the EN 15978 and ISO 14040/44 standards.

Our Whole Building Life Cycle assessment tools for North American markets are compliant with ISO 14040/44  and EN 15804 standards. Please find the verification report here.

  • Which LCA standards does One Click LCA support for product EPD calculations?

Our building product EPD tools are compliant with EN 15804 standard and ISO 14040/44 standards. Please find the verification report here.

Purchase

  • How do I purchase the software?

Visit our webstore to view the software products available. Click on a product to see the price (the price is always per user/per year), features, and integrations. Add the product to cart when you have made your selection.

  • How long does the license last?

The annual licenses are valid for 12 months from purchase or as defined in product description. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to do so three months before the renewal date. If you haven’t cancelled your subscription, you will be automatically billed for the next year.

  • What is the purchase process?

You can purchase the software by adding the product to cart and paying for it via credit card (processed by Stripe) or invoice. After that, your license will be activated and you will be able to access your version of the software by logging in here.

  • What do I get when I purchase?

You will receive a confirmation email with your license key. After logging in you will be able to access your version of the software and start calculations.

  • Do you allow refunds and cancellations?

Your license cannot be cancelled until 90 days before the automatic renewal date. If you are unhappy with the product you purchased please contact us at hello@oneclicklca.com.

Payment

  • Can you provide me with a quote?

If you have specific needs that don’t seem to be fulfilled by our current offering package please contact us at hello@oneclicklca.com to request a quote. This applies if you are interested in LCA consulting services or custom solutions, for example.

  • What are the payment options?

You can pay either via credit card through Stripe or via bank transfer. Stripe safely handles your credit card information and processes the payment on your behalf. Stripe is a credit card processor for web and mobile and it supports Visa, Mastercard, and American express. They process billions of dollars a year for thousands of companies of all sizes. You can pay with Stripe from any country in the world.

  • Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card details are safely stored on Stripe servers: Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. You can read more on Stripe’s documentation and security practices pages. We don’t save any of your credit card details on our servers.

  • Do I need to create a Stripe account?

No. All you need is a valid credit card or debit card with the Visa or Mastercard logo.

  • Can I receive an invoice?

We do offer the possibility to request an invoice among our payment methods.

  • Are other forms of payments available?

Currently we only offer credit card payment via Stripe and bank transfer invoice as payment options. If you are interested in other payment options please contact us at hello@oneclicklca.com

  • My order has been cancelled

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If your order has been cancelled please contact us at hello@oneclicklca.com and inform us that there has been a mistake.

  • Something doesn’t work as it should

  • What does the trial version of One Click LCA include?

The trial version of the software includes the following main features:

  • Input for building materials and energy data via the web interface
  • Building material import using an excel template
  • Whole building LCA results for Asification and Eutrofication impact categories  
  • Possibility to use the inputted data directly for commercial tools after license purchase
  • What does the trial version of One Click LCA with BIM support include?

The trial version of the software includes the following main features:

  • Input for building materials and energy data in web interface
  • Building material import using BIM integration
  • Whole building LCA results for Asification and Eutrofication impact categories  
  • Possibility to use the inputted data directly for commercial tools after license purchase
  • How do I upgrade after the trial ends?

You can purchase one of our software packages and your license will be upgraded so that you will be able to use the same data you already inputted for your calculations.

  • What happens after I purchase a free trial?

If you purchase a free trial we will verify your account before activating your license. We grant trials on a discretionary basis and we reserve the right to redirect customers to other options which might fit their requirements better.
