PRODUCT “LEED/BREEAM Add-on Europe” DESCRIPTION
This add-on allows creating fully LEED/BREEAM-compliant Life-Cycle Assessments, reports and evidence complying with the certification scheme requirements.

  • Compliant with LEED v4/4.1 and v3 (2009), supporting the generation of necessary baseline and proposed buildings as well as comparisons.
  • Compliant with all versions of BREEAM with highest possible 100 % Mat 01 rating, allowing you to get all available basis credits as well as the Exemplary credit. For BREEAM, performs automatically required Mat 01 scope checking
  • Generates automatically required evidence and detailed LCA reports.

Access to certification-specific training videos and support for certification-related questions are included; if you take the add-on as part of your initial purchase, the certification topics can be covered in your kick off training.

Compliant with: LEED v4/4.1, LEED v3(2009), BREEAM International (all versions, including RFO), BREEAM NOR (all versions), BREEAM SE (all versions), BREEAM ES (all versions), BREEAM NL (all versions). For BREEAM UK please choose the specific add-on.
LICENSING INFORMATION AND TERMS
This add-on provides a license for use for stated number of projects. It includes both design and as built assessments and any number of options considered for the project. Dual- or triple-certified project counts as one. The add-on will renew annually automatically; renewal provides license capacity for additional new projects.
