| This add-on allows creating BREEAM-approved IMPACT-equivalent Life-Cycle Assessments, reports and evidence complying with the certification scheme requirements for all BREEAM UK versions from 2011 and up.
IMPACT-equivalent version delivers two exemplary Mat 01 credits for New Construction, and 6+1 Mat 01 credits for Refurbishment and Fit-Outs. The software has both IMPACT-equivalent and IMPACT-compliant modules. To enable the IMPACT-compliant module, please also buy the IMPACT database license. It is not required for BREEAM, but is for Home Quality Mark. The tool performs automatically required Mat 01 scope checking and generates automatically BREEAM evidence and detailed LCA reports. Access to certification-specific training videos and support for certification-related questions are included; if you take the add-on as part of your initial purchase, the certification topics can be covered in your kick off training. Compliant with: BREEAM UK 2011 New Construction, 2014 New Construction, 2014 Refurbishment and Fit-Out, 2018 New Construction. Compliant with Home Quality Mark with the IMPACT database license. |

Dual- or triple-certified project counts as one. The add-on will renew annually automatically; renewal provides license capacity for additional new projects.
